The event is held during the international conference LIFE SCIENCES BALTICS 2016 on the 14th of September at the conference center „Litexpo”, Laisves ave. 5, Vilnius, Lithuania.

The main objective of the event is to explain what opportunities are provided for SMEs by European programme Horizon 2020. The workshop will focus on how to prepare successful business proposal under H2020 SME Instrument, both for Phase 1 and Phase 2.

Who should participate?

  • SMEs which need funding for such activities as technology feasibility studies, product design and development.
  • SMEs which have already a draft proposal prepared for the submission and seek to improve it.

Lithuanian SMEs are able to send their draft proposals to MITA for review and advice (pre-reading). During this workshop they will have a chance to have half an hour one-to-one appointments with an expert. Places are strictly limited and will be reserved on a “first come-first served” basis.

The event is free of charge. Please send your draft proposals indicating the title of Event "Horizon 2020: Opportunities for SMEs" via email: edita.bagdonaite@mita.lt. For any additional information contact dr. Edita Bagdonaitė tel.: (+ 370 5) 2644700.
